ofcourse there is possibility of bust, imo I think that company turn the corner, if they can deliver positive results in next q or two could be turnaround story for market, lets guess few numbers, share outstanding number after potential conversion at about 900m shares, total yearly forward revenue about $800M + , if positve earnings what will shareholders value company?

We would need one more good news like paying down debt or something like that to give confidence back to investors.
