Was expecting the all time high to get taken out today. Maybe not..but soon... FCX broke out yesterday. We will follow.

And there we are. Close at the old Feb 25 high. Go back 20 years? Never been at this level before. FCX 2008 and 2011 old highs of 60 and 63 still a target.

I came to First Quantum from Inmet mining and First Quantum share would have to reach $38 to come close to Inmet's all time high around $100 as I recall. Still, it's not bad at all and there's lots of racetrack in front of it. Be aware however that China will always manipulate the stock by pretending they are out of the market or using aluminium instead, etc, etc. They talk the copper ...more
