why these companies spends billions in these countries i guess they have to because of  lots of stuff  Copper Zinc Gold  there and they have to gave some thing back when Mines are fully profitable as expected as greed grows with these Govt. not only there even In west like windfall tax on Oil companies in Europe so NO other choice either you have to say yes or they will grab it
