Well I guess that's what we get for trying to build a mine in a third world banana republic.  Good luck developing that mine with no foreign talent or money.  I've got an idea.  Instead of screwing around with these corrupt pricks down south why not develop some mines at home in the golden triangle  I agree with singonista58 that Trudeau is a POS and once he is out of

It's not that the leader is weak but the people are proud as the mine is contaminating the environment... indigenous leaders of the area will never allow the mine to continue...  its game over period...

Typical lazy residents think they should get rich because industrious people are willing to make something out of their otherwise useless land. Been through it in Alberta when people got greedy and paid the price (crazy Ed Stelmak and his "get our fair share" bs) Sorry about getting robbed to all first quantum shareholders.

That mine was the biggest foreign investment ever in Panama. If that gets scrapped no one else in the business world will ever risk investing a dime in mining there
