Insider Buying 10k shares

Director Rob Laidlaw bought 10,000 shares Monday, October 21st at an average cost of $7.73 valued at $77,258.00.

It appears Rob has been day trading lately! He sold 29,500 shares September 23rds at $9.30 and is now buying back at $7.73... 

He clearly knew the price was going down, so it's only right that his recent purchase indicates prices on the rise.

But who know. GLTA.

He's buying in ahead of Q3 earnings release in a couple weeks.  So far in 2024, most of Verticalscope's FCF has been going towards debt, less than 10% going to share buybacks but that might change if the share price stays low like this. They also eliminated ~19% of their total net debt outstanding in the first 6 months of 2024. At their current pace, they will be at or very near 0 ...more
