Thanks for that link retiredcf. It was a balanced interview.  I think his view on Freehold was solid.  It's a boring royalty company, but it's consistent and has some solid investors. Dividend is quite safe, but the gains I'm not sure of.  They'll need to do something to spice things up, like good results and maybe a dividend increase, IMO.
