Unusually High Volume Today...

At least it's on the upside.

3 pm and alread over 1 million shares have traded.

That's 3 times the average volume so far.

WTI price for oil up.  Markets higher.  Maybe we get good results and eventually an increase in the dividend, and we could see some analyst price targets finally met.
