Just bought In

Just bought in.  As I get older, I have set up a special dividend account to help fund my "lifestyle".  The research I did on FRU makes me feel like there will be both some capital appreciation and steady dividends going forward.

I think this is a great buy in price. $13.50 yields 8% dividend. Paid monthly. As secure as you're gonna get.
