If you bother to do a Google search you would have found this : 'Mr. Rizk was the head of the Global Equity team and the Lead Portfolio Manager of the U.S., International and Global equity strategies at Fiera Capital'.

I did not see this nor would I expect to see this. Until and if, Fiera gets taken out, I don't expect to see much happening with the share price. I also don't expect any potential takeover to provide much by way of premium. I think that prime time for Fiera has passed.
