I see what your saying... but tons of difference between the two. Biden's stance came to fruition by virtue of supply chain risk/scarcity due to covid.  whereas imo, trump was a nationalist who failed to understand the dynamics of globalization and trade. Not sure what the 100 day report is going to show that is not already known and in fact being experienced by manufacturers right now ......industry leaders are well aware of the problems and have been for some time. The report I guess will help develop policies that will come with government support money which will likely be billions .....which is another point already said by many.  those ...more
