Well , if Manchin dosnt play ball and support Schumer and there using the  "budget reconciliation " angle to pass the infastructure plan with a 51% majority, i seriously doubt we will ever see a Bi partisan passing of the Plan,,, so then what?  how will it effect the Green push?   it could be weeks or months for anything to happen in Washington ,,, Dam politicians ,,,,   cheers!

It's happening. Don't worry. Concessions will be made but green push is happening. Think about it... it's a political pissing match. Axis of power is shifting. China has the world by the gems.
