I just want to add Red,, a lot of us are So "under water " here at FT we have No choice but too "hang in there "   lol     i as well appreciate your posts,, once upon a time i was smitten by Goad and the 2 projects,,, now i just want a avg return and walk away content ,,, Big cheers!  Happy Friday ,,, Four!!     "coming through"   lol

I been in lock down up here for a year so it's very possible it's gotten to me ( I am sure there are some here who would agree) but then I liken this FT situation to my gardening.... I had big plans this weekend to start to get things rolling in the yard only to be faced with one of those obstacles we have no control over and as such Mother Nature dropped a couple of inches of snow on us ...more
