All in my humble opinion: I understand the frustration I'm reading most days. Rhetorical question for one to consider: "Why would management performance change when shareholders support their past/present performance every year via the agm voting?" I feel bad for the shareholders in at a much higher price, and the ones that may have had to exit due to unexpected financial hardship

Well..... if it's in the cards ... play them.  a good oil and gas guy I knew once told me (and was commenting on my question about how he was successful with so many major projects under his belt some international) and he said ...that he was never afraid to hire people who were way more technically smarter than he was .... now I ask my self if we have a similar situation brewing

I would agree with AE and you if what we have witnessed in the last couple of years with electrification, battery metals and Cobalt has not unfolded as fast as it has and in the way it has. We are clearly in uncharted waters and never been in this space. While predicted some time ago, the global transformation has reared its head and is going exponential in some areas and there is no good reason

No Idea lol and I don't care .... he gets results and rewards and is happy as am I. He is now my go to guy now for that stuff..... FT comes up with something soon or needs similar approach to new ideas with new people.
