Withhold All
All in my humble opinion:
Another year has passed.
Regardless of one's thoughts or steadfast belief, I would recommend one take the time to review the information on sedar.com, and read the management discussion and analysis for May 2021.
As for myself, I took the time to review the company news releases since the last annual general meeting, and review the management discussion and analysis. After review, I set the information aside, and came back to it review it again the following day.
The company's news since the last annual general meeting, involves more exploration, drilling, and a quote for 3rd part residue disposal. After several decades of finding the deposit, they are drilling more. The news release regarding the quote for residue disposal doesn't indicate whether the quote is reasonable/ feasible cost wise. At least, I couldn't determine that based upon the news release wording. Anyone can ask for a quote on anything. Is a quote on anything workable ? Then there was the information on sedar.
I was hoping management would have come up with something to support all recommendations but I couldn't get there. Even if I was hypothetically able to lean in that direction, at least one poster indicated they were a shareholder since the 5 dollar days. That has to be painful indeed. Did Management get paid all those years ? What was their track record and performance for shareholders ?
In the end, I voted no/withhold all to all items (2 of them), to send management a message they need to do better. My vote many not matter in terms of the grand tally, but I took the time to send a message.
Good luck to all shareholders, particularly the longs,

My outlook, the long term debt is coming due, private equity will come in and take this property from the long term shareholders. At least will see some development.
