True to your point and thank you, some will have read that China continues to advance its cobalt futures by moving more into South America and I am sure they are doing this because there will be reduced demand for cobalt or that there is Risk in the DRC that maybe they cannot control the way they like are are looking to mitigate. our fortunes change as soon as someone or group including industry
