I wonder if that outlook was before or after GM alone decided, that because of wide spread positive response to thier EV line, they are increasing EV out put by 30% by 2025  ?  they are only one of many industries and manufactuers poised to do the same .... so the predicted exponential demand on Battery metals is upon us and there is no going back.
