Haywood Securities Research

Looking at Haywood Securities, it seems sort of a mixxed bag. Does anyone have any actual concrete evidence on how useful it would be to have them on board?

From what I can find:

They were the advisors for Aphiria (unsure if they still are) during their meteoric rise of the weed rush. They did get some bad press from a short seller though that put  one of their reports on Aphiras Aquisition as worthless.

They were brought on to Advanced Explorations inc in 2013 for their Iron deposit in Nunavut --- but filed essentially bankruptcy in 2015 however this may have not been their fault, their advanced feasibility study tanked.

They make buy and sell ratings on what appear to be junior and small cap miners. They also seem to allow risky investments for those who want to invest in something before a IPO. This isn't bad, just sort of explains how their risk tolerance for things are.

Other then that, there doesn't seem to be a ton of information available. It looks like they have been involved with some mergers and buyouts in relation to small cap companies that have a product but otherwise, I cant get a good grasp on the wind direction for this
