Fed's may pay for more power

The NICO critical mineral mine is only 22km from Snare Hydro, but there is insufficient capacity to supply the mine, requiring Fortune Minerals to burn fossil fuels for its power supply. Linking Taltson power to the Yellowknife-Snare Grid would free up power from Snare to meet that mines green power needs and the nearby communities of Whati and Gameti. https://www.miningnorth.com/chamber-news/103040

That would be a great plan but talston will be probably at least ten years out? It would be great to take YK off snare and be available for mines etc.  I think TliCho own snare ? Expansion possibilities? I bet YGT would be interested in that aswell if they plan a project north of Yk.  The TliCho have another power project they are looking to do and may be closer?  not seeing ...more
