All in my humble opinion:

Is anyone planning on reaching out to investor relations to inquire whether an update for shareholders is forthcoming ? (Aug 12 ?)

Good luck to all longs.

From Troy We continue to work with Haywood Securities on securing financing to acquire the refinery site, update the feasibility study, address the balance sheet etc. All the inherent risks of a junior miner exist, so the question is ultimately will we successfully manage through these. Cheers

Sounds pretty standard response to me. The second part after balance sheet etc. though --- Was that summarized or word for word? It seems odd they would slip that in there as an investors relations person. Every word should be analyzed to not bias investors and it seems odd placed they would say that in the same breath of securing financing... unless they were trying to hint towards caution ...more

Oh my.  The debt holders have no choice. They extend  or they extend !   let's find the right partners to carry this through.  JIM

Agreed Jim, our problem is that there are enough longs and somewhat longs out there following for so long with such anticipation that every  word that appears to come from anyone at the company is analyzed and interpreted out the ying Yang lol. Given all that is going on around us, in that we are in never before seen space of opportunity. With this in mind our debts look to be small ...more

Debt I've heard the expression "nuclear option" in reference to what a weak regime relies on to protect itself.  It is part of that Mutually Assured Destruction option.  MAD provides for an unsavoury result when left with no other choices between rolling over and dying or blowing the c r a p out of everyone.  But it is an option. Creditors can't take a small ...more

All in my humble opinion: @Jim1712 I'm not happy.  I want a buyout and/or a deal. Is today default day ? Good luck to all longs,
Comment by red on Aug 12, 2022 7:54am
I am happy ....because one of several options could happen and likley will happen to FT and we know what those options are. I am prepared to wait it out and will add the peanut debt is the least of my concerns with this asset and the potential it holds. One way or the other, with respect to those options, its money in the bank.

All in my humble opinion: @Tuckerthefox Thank you for sharing! Whomever wrote that did not answer any questions, and merely restated information that everybody already knows, and finished with a rhetorical question everybody has ... A shart if I do say so myself Good luck to all longs,

It came from FT investor relations. He can't give me any Information that isn't already public. It was stated that the loan was unsecured by a fellow poster. If true I'm not sure if "default" is the right terminology. I was hoping to get more info on the Loan. Is it an auto renewal? Is there a financial penalty? etc.... TTF
Comment by MoneyMan123456 on Aug 12, 2022 10:59am
As the loan appears to be unsecured, the process of the lender recouping their loan can follow a couple of different approaches. 1. An agreement is struck to extend the term of the loan.  Possibly increase the interest rate.  Possibly convert some portion of the loan into stock options or some type of preferred shares.  Lots of different possibilities as long as they view FT's ...more

All in my humble opinion: Where else can one get this much info / suspense / excitement from a penny stock than this bologna board eh ? I think we should all get together for a celebratory drink on Wally's Island, and introduce ourselves, assuming of course, that it turns out to be a big win for long time shareholders and if they can afford it. We wait ... Good luck to all longs, Friday fun ...more

Honestly, if it did get bought out in and around the dollar, 2 dollar mark. Should throw a house party at the office in London as a huzzah for the office house :D I have explained many times it is totally normal in London to have offices in houses in London, ON, but it seems entirely foreign to everyone else who has never stayed in London for an extended period of time.
