The latest news articles sound great to our cause/mine but the deals being made were very specific about the locations that would benefit the most - Keep in mind they all mention Northern Ontario as the benefactor to these deals instead of just southern Ontario. 

While I understand the gitty-ness behind these news releases, remember that nothing explicitly mentioned the NWT or FT. Prudence is necessary if you do not wish to be blind sided.
