Fortune Minerals Ltd > WHAT DO WE REALLY KNOW?

WHAT DO WE REALLY KNOW?

We know that 300 million in paid up capital has allowed the development of two pristine Canadian in ground assets, each totalling in the multiple billions.

These have been put up as collateral for a 12 million dollar debenture. WTF? Where is POSCO!

Assets up for collateral not once, BUT TWICE.

First: For a 30 million bullsh*t loan in 2014 that defaulted in 9 months. Has anybody heard of anything this utterly preposterous?

and

now for a 12 million debenture whose owner, terms and conversion features are entirely unkown.

At some point does the question become whether this is orchestrated and part of a larger conspiracy.

Are we there yet?

I think we could make more money placing bets on the fraud trial than placing bets on the stock just my humble opinion. Wally

Hello and Happy Friday Longs! I think we also know that suddenly our little Olympic dam with an odd assortment of goodies including a measly 40,000 tons of cobalt and large quantity of Bisssmuth (shout out to TTF!) might be looking like an asset worth grabbing for a lot of players! I cannot imagine that there are not some significant developments being orchestrated behind the scenes?  Robin ...more

Totally agree  at this stage and this environment ( macro ) looks to be a no brainer..... what that exactly looks like and how good is a big question.... whatever it is it will be much better than where we sit today and as a min I think better than our "most recent" all time high.

We also know that: Goad is 64 years old. Not exactly a spring chicken. He has no history of, or ability to run a mining development operation. Any financier would insist on a new management structure, so he would have no real role going forward. He does have a history of very poor capital allocations and investment failures - Arctos and Revenue Silver. Despite being the founder ...more

I guess one could go down this road but it's pretty clear while paid well the guy has invested a lifetime into a project and I doubt tossing all away is even a consideration. He is in a once in a lifetime situation and I personally which him well as I do pretty well all investors. going forward he will be need with TliCho relations.  The great thing of your post .... Don't disagree with your post but RG gets us the financing we need and the share price reflects what it should, being shown the door at the age of 64 with a $ 5 million lottery ticket is hardly anything to sneeze at

Re. 4. 1.53% ~ 6,000,000 shares. Considering a share price range of .10 to arbitrarily say $2 gives a share value range of $600,000 - $12,000,000. Not sure too many people would indifferently walk away from this if they were contemplating retirement.

Last time I checked there was a compensation committee and a Board of Directors elected by Shareholders......... It would appear there has been vast support for the work RG has done. JIM
