If we seen Tlicho and YK FN on the list we could have a tendency to agree on the possibility of something good for us at FT ...such is not the case based on the participating parties.  Yellowinkife, like so many others has huge infrastructure issues and my guess is that it's related to just that in an around the city ( this is where the votes are). There are a miriad of infrastructure projects that need money.  In the mining sector, the Talston power to the diamond mines (plus anyone else along the route) would provide rapid improvements on diamond mine economics as well as a substantial reduction on carbon emissions.  Right now, no other mine(s) can surplant the diamond mines for revenues in the NWT.  There are numerous roads ...more
