Seems to me that we're a top regional priority and project - just a matter of time now ... It looks like Alberta will be included in a Phase 3 and all phases are to be completed (i.e. align resources, timelines and regulatory approaches to capitalize on key regional opportunities and priorities) before federal funds are allocated. To me it's not yet clear how this resource table activity timing and FT's time fences (re. refinery and debentures) align; hopefully FT will be ...more
