red tape fast track?

OMG  i was joking about June,,  can Ft even afford to extend again if needed?  Are the Hero Feds that caught up in red tape that a project that is advanced and needed in 3 years from now not 5 years?  The 222 million investment latley by the Feds is a good sign, but that was down east , if that means anything . Hey i cant find out which Political party won in the NWT?   is there a different systom there? We know Alta isnt Lib friendly, but i would think they could put that aside concidering the Jobs and Great PR for the Liberals and kick starting a massive plan , including Electra building 2 and Fts 1 Refinery , instead of Red tape B S snail pace blinders on politics?   lol  Colledge football  Cheers!
