Is it to small of a deposit to involve a royalty and/ or streamimg company to service debt ??

Royalties apply to everything with very limited exeptions like the first $500k in production. Diamonds are mined and the natural stones are evaluated by 3rd party assessors.  AND these are sold to 3rd parties in open bidding.  Eventually a $200/carat stone may be cut to yield a $2,000 gem.  The government collects on the first, not the second value because much of that second value

Royalty pricing by Market prices are too manipulated ..

How are royalties by MP manipulated. This has worked for all of the NWT gold, lead, zinc, silver, and tungsten production without problems. How would one manipulate the MP of these commodities.

Dont rely on market prices for Royalties, the pricing can be manipulated. A recent example of hedging almost shut down LME this spring.

How many mines are we looking at ?? oh yea... One. Theres 1 for 4 working for the Government, you would think with that personnalle and all that history we shouldnt have to answer these questions..
