There hasnt been insider trading since May --- Could be a lot of reasons, but based on how small the team is for insiders to do trading, any information about pending funding or pending failure would be pretty apperent to all of those involved at this point. Even when not in a blackout period, if you have insider knowledge, you cant buy or sell stock so knowing that at the end of the year there ...more
