The next NR from FT will be

1- extending the purchase option of the refinery
2- closing the purchase of the refiery- which will also entail some government money
3-walk away from the refinery

I guess we will now by month end.

ah still not official as per share count... So that refinery remains elusive. DEC 31 is still that date...we wait.  Cheers
