This is absolutely correct. The previous markets had investors buying into a project, and then supporting development up the Lassonde curve.  Generally that was where the large and intermediate buyers stepped in.  Over the past 10 to 15 years large and intermediate miners have slowed their purchases, forcing companies to work through the PEA, PFS and FS stage.  And in doing so slide ...more
