Here's the explanation for the shares bought at $0.01 reported on SEDI! I think this press release confirms that a financing or buyback announcement is coming. Things are falling into place ... and Lascaux Resource Capital (LRC-AUN LLP) is not part of the deal, at least at the equity level. Funny how the headline talks about "acquisition" and then the printed story is all about "disposition" or "sale". But when you sell there has to be a buyer hence acquisition!! :-))

Probably over thinking this but acquiring an asset / liability at .08 and selling at .01 is not making a lot of sense to me unless there is some underlying event yet to unfold....which has to be the case, a day before the AGM ? Does our board have an agenda? maybe there is a rabbit yet to be pulled from the FT hat. I will run with your thinking something positive is up.
