Allman asks how can it be possible we don't have a deal?  Well it's because we are a country of indecisive, weak leaders.  

More interested in balancing the needs of the few for the sake of the many. So of course companies like fortune suffer at hands of the bigger and I will say safer bets.

Again I arrive to the board to read about why this deal is flopping. And yet again I read all types of explanations, except ones that would really help us. It's very surprising that this board didn't light up when head people in this company were able to access shares at a penny, while the shareholders got bupkis in a way of share cancellations. Please someone show me somewhere why
