The news is positive and a positive change, but MOUs are non-binding. The market's response seems tepid so far.

True! But this just maybe the key to moving the Alberta project forward with more feed. Im sure the Alberta government loves to hear that! Big plus for FEDS also!

Or perhaps RTZ is offering a better deal.  To have Fortune build their metallurgical plant at a brownfield site in Utah, perhaps next to a smelter where there is feed that doesn't require Nico. Our current government in Canada is great at moving to ban single use plastic bags, but making a big decision???  If they didn't teach it in high school, Canadian leadership doesn't ...more

If there is any way to get blood from a stone, RT knows how to doit. What you suggest is possible but do they really have enough feed stock to support ? I doubt. howver I don't think unreasonable that they would build in Idaho, where they have access to USA funds  grant money to help to build the plant, but still think that our Nico goods could make its way to Idaho just as easily as it ...more

The NWT is trying to revise its mining regulations, and this includes its royalty regime.  While it understands the value of production for diamonds (raw vs cut) they seem to struggle with recent production potential (REE and NICO).  Diamonds and these last two items hav very little value as concentrates, and atain their full value after processing.  Tough to collect a decent ...more
