Today is my final day leading Procon Mining and Tunnelling Ltd. (‘Procon’) and what and incredible journey it has been over the past 9-years.  I want to extend my deepest gratitude to each and every member of our extraordinary team.  This can be a challenging business, however your dedication, hard work, and passion have been the driving force behind our tremendous growth and success.  As I step into this new chapter in my life, I leave with immense pride and confidence in what we have accomplished and what the future holds of our Company.

New learpdership hopefully brings new and better people to procon, at the same time our board needs new better people, would be positve news to see something on that front.....I like the idea of Tlicho involvement, no mater how you look at it they will be partners in some way shape or form as this advances and could potentially bring more fed money to the table in very near future ....what more
