SOLD!!!!

Even though the  SOLD sign is put up by the realtor doesn't mean the SALE has go through!
All it means l believe is all the conditions have been met or removed from the contract to sent it to the next step which is closing!!! Its very positive sign still!

Sold means sold. This is after all conditions have been removed. The money may or may not have been transferred to the sellers lawyer.
