Update on August’ 13th 2024
The proposed brownfield Alberta refinery site has the requisite planning approvals already in place and existing facilities, including 42,000 square feet of serviced shops and buildings to materially reduce capital costs for the refinery development. The Company has negotiated an agreement in principle to acquire this this site, subject to completion of amendments and execution of a definitive agreement, the terms for which will be disclosed when it has been executed.,
