Speaking of fast tracking ... let's not forget ( from cobalt news ) ....." The U.S. and other countries are scrambling to ease their reliance on China for key materials, setting out policies and support packages for their critical minerals sectors".... yes we read that right "scrambling" who would know ? we wait ...
