OTHER PARTIES??

You have to wonder the likes of Tino and Wyloo metals, Tino just for inventory alone for down road slow development, Wyloo Metals wanting to develop quickly an asset, look at the mess they have in Ontario alone! Just a  road to one of the mine  sites is years in the permitting ! Ft has many of the major paper work done! Yet for last 2 yrs nothing but 2 steps forward and 1 step backwards and still nothing concrete?

I would not say there's nothing concrete. The hiring of Alex is a very concrete step. bringing someone in house to oversee the plant design is a huge step, for him and FT. It takes significant motivation for an experienced engineer with insider knowledge to make such a move. It seems to me that the other items are careful financial management.
