Settle down, fellas….

Wow, so much negativity.

We have one on here - Pennyflipping - who clearly has a short position. You're not welcome here. Though I think most of the others, like me, are all frustrated / disappointed long position holders, so fair enough. We all need to vent off.

Juneau and I have spoke directly with IB. But I wonder how many others have...?

For what it's worth, I think the only thing that IB is 'guilty' of is hiring an ops guy to be CEO. We can now see that this was way too ambitious. Though arguably that could well have been the right call if we had had a favourable juniors market backdrop.

But I think this is forgivable when you factor in
1) Ross Beaty and Newmont had tacitly agreed to this strategy at the time. So you'd have to acknowledge that that were party to the same mistake.
2) Nobody was foreseeing falling gold and junior stock prices in the face of rising inflation
3) IB did at least fix this quickly and our new CEO is to a seasoned and impressive individual.

I recognise where the upset comes from, but to suggest IB is somehow incompetent and / or a liar is wide of the mark and just not helpful.

Personally I only blame myself for not exiting my position sooner - though if I had, I would definitely want to come back in now....

I should have dumped Fury right after the breakup but got taken in by the corporate propaganda about “ pouring gold by 2025.”
