Bought in at 3 cents. Buyout rumors swirling

This company is on my radar screen after hearing some strong rumors about it and I got in now after today's FSW and DIL-related pullback. The link to their Jan 4th news release:

One partial sentence in this whole maze of a financial transaction is the key:

"The Company sold the Processing Division for $8,000,000".

The people who bought this piece are looking to buy the rest of the business and turn it private from what I hear. Right now the market cap is $5M. A good chance it gets bought out for much more than that.

as i posted earlier... I heard rumors of Omers pension group talking to them .. no response to my inquireshas anyone else heard this??  or can anyone confirm or deny?

Ok so I followed up and I can't confirm if it's Omers or not. All I know for sure is that it's a private interest, and it's possible it's a pension fund. Damn Chinese Walls.On another note, INT is a strong, strong buy right now.
