as they can't get investors to pay over 3.5 cents with all they have done and we can't get rid of that 2.5 cent bid. At some point that bid price will be back in play as investors will tire of the companies inability to move up to the next level. After all the time about 3 yr's to finally break to a new high price the stock is right back into the same trading range. This is not good and could easily trend along at this level again for years.
  Management needs to give share holders something that they didn't expect to infuse some life back into this stock.

At  2.5 cents there are more buy orders than in recent weeks. Venture + Alpha this morning combined for about 1.6 million shares. Not much can be gleaned from this because of the low dollar amount, but some interest is there. Maybe only stock flippers getting in on the action looking for a penny gain.
