The main day was Feb 8, 2011 when 22,950,400 shares (Venture Exchange) were traded. From my calculation using Tradestation, approx 7.1 million were above 4 cents. (5.7 million at 4.5 cents and 1.4 million at 5 cents). The rest were at or below 4 cents. So technically, it was not a breakout past the 4 cent resistance level.
