4th quarter.......................................

may the 2 millions shares is the result of someone having a little look at the 4th quarter results and decided  that is was time to put a little more money .

 

March 7 is the 3rd month anniversery of no NR from the company.......

I dont like to be in the dark like that !!!!

Concerning Spinnaker, i sent a email 2 weeks ago to ask what they really are doing for us !!!!

..............no answer  from FUTURA.............................

It's difficult to arrive at any conclusion for the 2 million shares traded.. Monday Feb 27 had 885,000 shares traded. CIBC the buyer wih RBC the seller. It all happened within a 14 minute time span. Maybe some structure here. If it was planned, I would have seen a one transaction deal.   For example. A shareholder calls a broker (or even the company) saying got 1 ...more

Call it what you want but on Feb 8 2011 it was a pump and dump as FUT,FSW,URO,INT, and a few others all exploded that day, not sure why! And on May 26, 2011 it was several outstanding blogs by jharbaughon Futura that pushed the stock price to 6.5 cents! Sure hope he is still with this stock as I have not seen him post anything since early Jan!

Actually INT went to over $3.00.  At 66 cents and 306 million shares market cap stands at $200 million. Past 6 months gross revenue was only $2.2 million. They raised $23.7 million at $1.20 plus other smaller financings. News coming out every week it seems. Important broker support.....they helped with the financing and earn commissions.   Futura on the other hand, is ...more

I was looking at Futura's weekly equivolume chart on www.incrediblecharts.com. Can't seem to post it for some reason. But neither price/volume spike (in Feb and May) was indicative of a pump and dump. Closing prices remained on the upper of the weekly prices ranges, especially when the weekly volume was significant. Some may say that the stock has dropped to 2 cents, isn't that bearish ...more
