Before any major marketing push can begin, the company must first deal with its own internal issues. What if the company can't buy the processing division before May 31st? That was one of the terms of the March 2012, $550,000 loan. Do the debt holders take control?

  Excuse my ignorance - I bought FUT after the Processing Division was sold.   What exactly is this Processing Division?  What does it process? Thanks

Not sure what the processing division does. Fair Market Value is $8 million (about 4 cents a share). I don't know who came up with that value (most likely by an independent source) and what'sa the significance for Futura to buy it back  The buyback has to happen within 2 weeks.
