I thought the launch state would be Georgia. Then fine tune the marketing, iron out any problems early on and get a meaningful revenue stream going. Then expand into other states. But as it turned out:

True, the US market opportuntiy is enormous, but how best to approach it without burning cash too fast. This is beginning to be one for the case study books in university.
