The debt holders of that $550,000 loan back in March will be in the driver's seat if May 31st comes and goes without a rollback or  no repurchase of the processing division. In effect, I think, it's like a default.  Come June 1st, they can then run the company.

it aint much fun when we dont know if evrything is going to blow up in our faces..................

All we can do is hope it doesn't blow up in our faces. For now it appears everything has come to a halt, except the resignations. On one hand  it's hard on the nerves, on the other, some hope things will finally be set straight and the company can move forward more freely.
