Stock Chart Mystery

The stock chart shows a repeated pattern over the past 3-4 years. 1 cent to 4 cents then down to 1 cent. Then up to 4 cents, etc. management wasn't calling investors to buy in, nor was there any news to move the stock up or down. I can't read these as pumps and dumps either.

Are those mysterious market forces at work and that's it? There was a blog in May 2011 comparing FUT with INT, but also ADX went up in tandem. Was it merely general speculation for this category of companies? Futura went to 6 cents and everyone knew the company were losing money. No logic, yet the stock moves up.

If someone could explain these ebbs and flows of the market, and their timing, it would be great. Or will it remain a mystery. These are the most profitable trading times for Futura's stock, but for no obvious reasons.

Interesting.

While the real value of the stock remained at 1 cent.   This reasoning makes me feel even worse. I was hearing only the wind it seems when I invested. Saying the above, I still like the ...more

A lot of trial and error went through this company for the past 4 years. Marketing strategies were hit and miss. The report by Ubika Reseach Nov 14, 2007 shows how things can get bogged down. Cluster of merchants... "hub and spoke" idea died. Altantic Co-op did not pan out.   The potential still exists now as then but as Page 28 says: "Strategy is sound, but ...more
