Chris McKenna was with Futura since 2009 as Systems and Application Development Manager. Now is Director of Software Development (appointed 5 days ago). Also a new account manager hired. The company continues.

What are they being paid with? Air Miles?   Why did they unhalt this travesty anyways? So the 0.5 cent ask can eventually build to 200 million? What's the point without enforcing the 40 for 1? And even then it'll probably spend a day or two trading before the ask is permanently at 0.5 cents again. But at least it has a purpose of adding liquidity to the stock so people can sell should ...more

All this means is that the previous holders of those positions have moved on... probably finding a less risky place to hold a job.

Maybe if the company is sold off, as part of any deal, these employees will go with the the company, as they are familar with the workings.   But I think, as a last ditch effort,  management should go talk with reps from Aeroplan. Discuss what has happened and why. Can things be salvaged or is everything going to the scrap metal heap. Aeroplan mile issuance was not as ...more

I wish management the best in the restructuring. The reverse merger I talked about is one option. They could even provide management services for any private company wishing to go public. It is a big jump from private to public in terms of filings, security regulations and raising money.   "This is getting embarassing" you say? Seems that way at times. Looks like ...more
