Graham is correct. From what I see most car dealers don't know what a true loyalty program is about and what it can do for a dealership when marketed correctly.   Most use "gimmics" like, get a free trip to Las Vegas if buy a car, employee pricing, factory rebate, cash back promotions. For the car buying population these "incentives" do the job.. But loyalty

Now Graham is gone to Advantex, another Aeroplan reseller. Looks like the end of Futura now. He was the person pushing for the car dealer category, trying to convince dealers to adopt Aeroplan.
