Oh well. I will say good-bye to my money and move on.   i believe they tried over the years to understand the loyalty reward business. It's obvious they did not know everything. Either they tried something that should have worked out in theory, but did not. Or signed-on merchants where a loyalty program like Aeroplan, for the most part was not  ...more

Mark's compensation involved cash plus about 12 million in shares. Severance listed as $349,550.   Still wondering how the processing division gets valued at $8 million and that's fair market value calculated by an independent appraiser. Nothing shows up in the filed court documents although this is a significant asset. A person would think that if it's really worth ...more

Same sentiment for the bankrupt Poynt (PYN) Stockhouse forum post below: No point even talking about it anymore it's over,done, gone finished my money your your gone it is what it is. If I had money to buy a company this would be he last one. Needs way to much work why bother when you could buy a profitable running company. GLTA on further investments ...more
