SEDAR posted date for this notice was October 1st. Why didn't all shareholders get the notice? Or maybe it's not necessary if it's not an AGM. Will shareholders have to vote on any restructuring proposal next year? If everything is sold off, maybe not. Probably doesn't matter as the creditors are in charge anyway.
