Just like when unemployed workers give up looking for work. They are no longer counted as part of the "unemployed work force" and the government can report that the unemployment rate is tanking. I'm sure if someone bid 10M shares at half a cent that would be filled in very short order.

Good heading: RE: sellers (just like reselling miles)   With Air Miles now having a GM promotion and Aeroplan going with Infiniti cars last year, it does seem like the loyalty business is unpredictable just like management said in their court documents.
